Refunds

Eligibility for refunds: All customers are eligible for a refund before accepting products.

Refund timeframe: All refunds are processed same day, we do offer store credit. Cash customers refunds are same day, Debit card or Credit card customers refunds may take up to 10 business days for refund.

Product condition: Refunds must be started before products are delivered to customer, or before Customer Pickup.

Exceptions: Custom Orders will have $25 Service Fee subtracted from refund amount.
